Beauty, likely The Beast’s bride, is an optional core hound boss in the Blackrock Caverns. She can be found in a side chamber between Karsh and Obsidius. Around her are her children Lucky, Spot, and Buster.

Abilities

• Berserk: Increases the caster’s attack and movement speeds by 150% and all damage it deals by 500% for until cancelled. Also grants immunity to Taunt effects. Cast if Runty is killed.
• Berserker Charge: Charges at an enemy, knocking it back and inflicting 7863 to 9137 Physical damage.
• Flamebreak: Inflicts 6013 to 6987 Fire damage to nearby enemies, knocking them back.
• Magma Spit: Inflicts 3400 to 4600 Fire damage to an enemy and sets them on fire, causing an additional 4000 Fire damage every 3 sec. Explodes when removed.
• Terrifying Roar: Causes nearby enemies to flee in fear for 4 sec.

Strategy

Before pulling Beauty, the Twilight Borer/Elemental packs must be cleared out as they hold a social aggro link to Beauty and will aggro when she does to prevent adventuring parties skipping packs of mobs.

It will periodically charge the furthest away person.

Some of its attacks have a knock-back effect.

It throws fireballs that do initial damage and puts a ticking debuff on the target (physical?). When the debuff expires, it explodes and does aoe fire damage (and a knock-back?).

It casts a large fear aoe very often.

Each of the puppies have a frontal fire breath attack and place fire voids on the ground periodically that tick for 2k each second. All these effects STACK based on the number of puppies pulled/alive.

All puppies can currently be pulled before the encounter with Beauty on normal mode however, during heroic they are pulled along with her. Fortunately, they are susceptible to most forms of crowd control that work for beasts. Runty should not be killed, since his corpse will cause Beauty to berserk.
